The GamePlan-4-Sports Facility Process

  1. Facility Staff to maintain normal housekeeping/cleaning schedule up until the night before the mPact Team start
  2. After the facility start date is confirmed, and approximately three weeks prior to project start, mPact will open communication with designated facility management to discuss staging logistics, define various interior rooms and layouts, time and/or personnel constraints
  3. mPact Technicians do preliminary inspection, walk facility with staff, confirm Quote and Scope of Work
  4. Complete Area Staging: product and equipment preparation; Close Area to Public; confirm sequence room staging/ process completion
  5. Depending on Project size, number of separate staging location on property, and room sequence/layout, the mPact Team may break into small teams for individual team assignments.
  6. Interior Pre-Cleaning with EPA registered disinfectant/hard surface cleaner; prep soft surface areas, as required with soft surface cleaner. All high touch surfaces disinfected i.e., individual weights, workout equipment, benches, lockers, training tables, belts, stretch bands, pads, mats, etc.
  7. Comprehensive electrostatic fogging application of exclusive, EPA registered mPale Antimicrobial.
  8. Follow established room sequence to exit/complete project; seal off areas of application; pre-arrange security and area confinement
  9. End of Project clean-up, load trailer, equipment, products and materials
  10. Post application, verification testing
  11. Final walk-through, as required, with Facility staff
  12. Confirm completion, documentation and warranty information provided by Pioneer account representative
